What do our users think22.10.2008 by Fayyaz e Hahurani from S.A - I unfortunately had the misfortune of dealing with Andrew from this site. I say so because I trusted and left in his care my weekend. From the time I contacted him for the reservation, I had not received a call from him notifying me of any developments. On the afternoon before I'm due to leave I call him just for him to say he'll call me back. Had he made any effort to confirm my booking before then ? I don't think so! Utterly disgusted with the service.
I think Didima is an excellent place, unfortunately spoiled due to the incompetent agents entrusted with the accomodation.
Wake up! We from JHB expect the best from the places we visit as well as the people we deal with.
