The WARTBURGER HOF HOTEL is waiting to welcome you into the country for your next conference or just a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Situated in the sugarbelt of the Natal Midlands it is close enough to Pietermaritzburg to be convenient, but far enough to break away. The half hour drive is picturesque and prepares you for what awaits you at your hotel. The flower boxes give you a hint of the European influence on this part of the world and so will the scrumptious menu with its German flavour. The Lofty Lounge with its huge fire place will be the spot for many a sociable hour spent at the hotel. Upstairs, surrounding the lounge, are eighteen luxury bedrooms en-suite where you can put your feet up and relax. The fully-equipped conference room (seating 35 pax) is any conference organisers dream and in such surroundings you can be assured of delighted delegates for small think tanks we have a board room with private bar facilities to clear the cobwebs, you can take a walk through the village of Wartburg. Trips to unique caves and gorges can be organised, as well as various sport activities. Our latest additions are a 9 hole mashie golf course (ideal for team-building) and an on-site brewery (brewed to the German Purity Law).
